SHIPMENT
Products are sold for research or laboratory use only and are not to be administered to humans or used for medical diagnostics. Products are generally shipped within 24-48 hours of acceptance. All orders are subject to availability. Syncom guarantee 95% purity or higher for all compounds in stock.
ORDER PROCES
Step 1 - Upon choosing a product and filling out the form specifying the quantity, and contact information, Syncom will receive the request which will be processed by the Product manager. Additional information may be requested in order to tailor the quotation to the customer’s requirements.
Step 2 - An official quotation will be provided to the customer, specifying the name of the compound, CAS registry number (if applicable), and the different prices per pack size. Additional costs will also be included (shipping and handling).
Step 3 - Upon receiving the official Purchase Order from the client (PayPal payment is also accepted but is subject to a 3% surcharge) the specified pack size will be prepared for shipment. For US customers it is important to fill out the TSCA declaration form, or provide us with the TSCA authorization form before the shipment. Once the order is dispatched, the FedEx shipping information will be provided to the client.
